Passion fruit and nutmeg in the fragrance inspire the association of a flower meadow, refreshing fruits to fine oriental spices. Notes of cream and light caramel form the connection to the base product and its maturity. The raising yeast and ammonia from maturing gives the cheese a rather naughty note. Aromas of malt, roasted peanuts and fresh butter lead to tranquillity. The crumbly, delicately melting and pudgy texture gives substance and the crystal inclusions provide additional excitement.
